Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with 47Modz, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully, if you have questions, reach out before placing your deposit.

1. Booking & Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your install date. Deposits are applied toward the final balance of your service. Failure to send the deposit within the agreed window will release your time slot.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date once if rescheduled with proper notice. No-shows forfeit the deposit in full.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed in person after vehicle inspection and may vary based on vehicle make/model, condition, complexity, or customer-requested changes.

4. Customer-Supplied Parts

47Modz is not responsible for the quality, function, or longevity of customer-supplied parts. We will install them with the same level of care as our own products, but warranty does not apply to parts we did not source.

5. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. Installation workmanship is warrantied for 6 months from the date of service. This covers wiring, mounting, and finish-related defects from our install. Wear, accidents, modifications, or third-party tampering void this warranty.

6. Product Warranty

Products supplied and installed by 47Modz (starlights, rock lights, ambient lighting, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Replacement labor after the initial workmanship period may be billable.

7. Liability

47Modz takes every precaution to protect your vehicle. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical or electrical faults unrelated to our work, or aftermarket items installed by other shops. Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle before pickup.

8. Vehicle Pickup

Vehicles must be picked up within 12 hours of completion notice. Storage fees may apply for vehicles left beyond this window. 47Modz is not responsible for vehicles left unattended after notification.

9. Photography & Marketing

We may photograph completed installs for our portfolio, social media, and marketing. If you'd prefer your vehicle not to be featured, please let us know in writing before pickup.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect on the date of your booking applies to your service.
